I am Dr. Iberkis Faltas, an author, a Doctor of Philosophy, an Emotional Intelligence Strategist, and a licensed Cosmetologist for over 30 years. I work for the Department of Homeland Security, Asylum, Refugee, and International Operations Directorate from Monday to Friday.
