In the world we’re living, it is extremely important to know the differences between feelings and emotions because sometimes, we have to deal with the feelings before we recognize or understand the type of emotion we are experiencing. That is because emotions are created in the brain, and feelings are formed in your body’s neurological system, after the brain sends the alarms, before your awareness or self-consciousness kicks in. It is extremely important to recognize and understand what those sensory sensations mean to you when they do down your body. But it is even more important to know how to use those sensory warnings to drive your actions and decisions. In this video, I briefly explain how feelings are formed in your body.
Many people are slaves of social standards, and they push others to do so Judgement-based questions only hinder your goals. You should be strong enough to do things because you desire them, rather than because you need to fulfill some else’s expectations. Be true to yourself. Be strong. Be in power. Be your own master. Follow your heart and do things because you desire them, rather than because you have to fulfill someone’s expectation.
